The Fletcher-Maynard Community :
Fletcher Maynard is a welcoming community with a global perspective. We celebrate the diversity of our students and families through our weekly whole school community meetings, multiple cultural events, and our International Dinner of Thanks held each November. The diversity of our students' learning needs is also embraced with a tiered system of supports for both academic and social learning.

Fletcher Maynard's extended learning time provides increased opportunity for academic engagement and special enrichment programs. All of our students study Spanish and take Kodaly music classes four days per week. This performance-based music education system brings music to life through multi-cultural folk songs, dances,
singing games, art, jazz, and classical music. The school was also named a Top 15 "Dream School" by Boston.com based on strengths including resources, diversity, and academic performance.
