Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and communication skills;
  • Excellent computer application and word processing skills(including G-Suite,Word, Excel, and Power Point);
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills including the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality;
  • Ability to work independently and handle a multitude of responsibilities concurrently;
  • Demonstrated accuracy, with attention to detail and record keeping;
  • Experience with the Absence Management attendance tracking system, SchoolDude, MIRoof , bid preparation, Johnson Goodyear Symmetre Workstation, Sungard EFinance Plus, and payroll functions preferred.

Salary Range: According to the Secretary contract
