Counselor Long-term Substitute

Stating October 24. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, is student focused and helps to develop student leadership in urban youth. A self-starter and a collaborator who promotes social-emotional growth and student achievement. The preferred candidate has experience with a restorative and whole-child approach to school counseling and can:

• Create relationships with students and staff
• Provide support for students and teachers in a variety of locations and situations throughout the school day
• Work in a team-focused environment
• Maintain a calm and positive demeanor
• Effectively and regularly work with parents and families
