Duties
Works in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment to support the Research, Accountability, Evaluation, and Assessment divisions with supporting delegated work from the Director of DoDEA and Chief Academic Officer. Lead efforts to build a differentiated system of programmatic recognition, accountability, and support through policy, strategy leadership for the division, the creation of collaboration structures. Plans and Conducts Complex Studies and Projects. Exercises overall staff coordination for a variety of complex, division planning, analysis and management actions and initiatives. Monitors all initiatives and programs for quality and adherence to time requirements. Serves as a meaningful connector and thought partner for the most difficult challenges the agency can identify that lack a current programmatic owner or clear area of responsibility supporting organizational innovation and improvement.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
