DeKalb County School District, located in Stone Mountain, Georgia, seeks an individual with visionary leadership and strong administrative skills to serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer in a district with over 93,000 students.  The salary will be in the range of $186,000 to $247,000 plus includes a degree supplement of up to $10,000 depending on whether the candidate has a Specialist or Doctorate degree.  There is also an excellent comprehensive benefit package.  The final salary for the successful candidate will be negotiated and determined based upon proven experience, qualifications and meeting Board criteria.
