Catapult Learning, LLC is looking for qualified and experienced mental health clinicians. This clinician will serve Arizona schools by mobilizing outpatient mental health by meeting with students and staff in the school setting for the 2022-2023 school year. We are in need of Licensed Clinicians that will be a part of our exciting School Based Mental Health program. This position is in-person and focuses on the delivery of our Mental Health Suite program services. The ideal candidate will be able to service multiple grade levels and effectively provide students, staff, and parents with clinical, therapeutic, and specialized counseling services and mental health resources.

Job Duties:
• Provide on-site screening process and work with school personnel for implementation of school-wide Mental Health Program, including scheduling, professional development for teaching staff, and coordination of post-screener evaluation and referral to services.
• Serve as a primary contact for assigned school.
• Develop and maintain healthy relationships with school personnel as well as external mental health agencies.
• Maintain data management of confidential (HIPAA) student/client files and records. Perform data entry in a timely fashion to meet deadlines (student attendance, progress reports, parent and classroom teacher communication forms, compliance documentation).
• Coordinate and implement staff wellness program.
• Counsel individual or small groups of students in multiple grade levels in a face-to-face school setting.
• Provide services such as short-term counseling, crisis counseling, consultation with families and staff, and coordination of services with internal and external resources.
• Provide support to families, classroom teachers, school principal and other school personnel to maximize effectiveness of services.
• Establish and maintain student forms and files as required by company, local, state, and federal agencies.
• Maintain consistent communication with company supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• One of the following Arizona Licenses is required: LMHC, LMFT, LCSW
• Master's degree in a Counseling Field
• Experience with counseling students
• Must be willing to work with various grade levels
• Working knowledge of MS Office and virtual meeting programs (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
• A passion to help students
