OUR PEOPLE & CULTURE

Wilson’s dedicated group of individuals strive toward one important goal: literacy for all. Our bold undertaking is supported by all Wilson employees.

To achieve this goal, our staff is committed to building the capacity of schools and districts to implement and sustain Wilson programs with fidelity. Wilson’s team comprises highly trained and experienced former teachers and administrators who truly understand the challenges that schools and districts face. Their role is not only to provide workshops and ongoing support for teachers, but also to help them navigate their way through the implementation and sustainability process in an effective and efficient manner. Through this journey, we support teachers in becoming educators who can work with all students, including struggling readers and students with dyslexia.

Our staff in Oxford, MA, and Portsmouth, NH, work diligently to support the field staff as well as educators in schools and districts across the country. We also dedicate our time to developing meaningful material that will support the implementation of our programs within a Multi-tiered System of Supports (MTSS) or Response to Intervention (RTI) framework.

We know that through our dedication and commitment, in partnership with educators across the country, we can achieve literacy for all.
