Preparing/cooking food

Supervises storage and care of foods and supplies
Participates in cleaning, serving, and care of equipment
Bookkeeping and clerical duties
Related work as required by supervisor
Follow directions from supervisors.

Additional Job Information : Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from regionally accredited or NYS college with an Associate?s Degree in Food Service Management or a related field and one year experience in the preparation of food on a large scale; or
Graduation from high school or GED and two years of experience in the preparation of food on a large scale; or an equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the above limits
