The Collaborative for Educational Services (CES) is seeking to hire a full-time (40 hrs/wk) Development Associate to support the work of the Director of Development to develop new resources and sustain the current resources that enable CES to fulfill its mission and make progress towards strategic goals and objectives.

Highlights of What You Will Do:
  • Coordinate and implement processes, proposals, and projects.

  • Support streamlined project management for development activities.

  • Assist in the preparation of funding applications, in research of potential funding, and help develop new fundraising projects with creativity and initiative.

Compensation and CES Benefits: This position is full time, 12 months, non-exempt hourly scheduled for 40 hours. Hourly rate of pay range: $23-$26.

CES offers a comprehensive benefit package including: Health, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, and voluntary Short Term Disability, enhanced Vision and additional Life Insurance. Health Insurance is offered through Harvard Pilgrim with multiple plan options, including a PPO with a self-funded Health Savings Account, and Dependent Care accounts are available. CES provides two retirement options for employees based on eligibility. Employees are vested after ten years of creditable service. Professional development and mentoring offered throughout the year.

Work location: 97 Hawley Street, Northampton, MA. One or possibly two days remote work after three months of onsite work orientation and job learning.
