About this job:

The Dean of Operations is part of the leadership team. This position s upervises all managers and coordinators of school operations and building maintenance, including cafeteria staff, nutrition services, nurses, custodians, secretaries, etc., if applicable. The Dean of Operations is responsible for overseeing many daily activities, directing and coordinating actions across the school.

What You Will Do:
  • Administer and manage activities within a specific area of a responsibility.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and apply gained knowledge to execute, maintain and improve systems, programs, or processes.
  • Ensure that school operations are in adherence with fiscal policies, local compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • Work with the Principal and other school/District leaders to develop and manage the school's budget.
  • Understand the school's priorities and ensure that school operations are executed in alignment with priorities.

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Have three (3) years of experience in operations management experience in a fast-paced environment .
  • Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.
  • Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
  • Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the ( physical demand ) of the position.
