Anticipated Recess/Lunch Monitor(s)

Mullen Hall School

2022-2023 School Year

Hours: (approx) 10:30 am -2:00 pm (subject to change)

Duration: Part time through end of School Year when school is engaged in in-person session,

or until the position is no longer needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Experience working with students.
• Safety Care, CPR, and first aid training preferred and/or willing to be trained.
• Ability to take direction from and work under the supervision of one or more faculty members.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent of Schools may find appropriate and acceptable.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise cafeteria/playground of approximately 150 students during lunch and recess period
• Closely monitor students where assigned either in the cafeteria or playground
• Ensure safety and well being of students in both settings.
• Report to school administration any concerns regarding safety/health/violation of rules during this period.
• Communicate with Nurse to be current on health/allergy information about students.
• Willingness to be trained in specific behavioral techniques.
• Perform such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the school administrators.

Salary: Non-union contract/ per hour
