Qualifications:
Required

• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a field appropriate to the assignment.
• Six (6) years of progressively more responsible teaching, supervisory, or administrative experience in the education field of specialization.
  • Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
• Professional educational license with endorsement(s) designated as appropriate to the assignment.
• Knowledge of methods, materials, practices, procedures, and programs of the education field to which assigned.
• Knowledge of related laws, regulations, and policies.
• Ability to plan, manage, and supervise programs.
• Ability to effectively lead teams in multiple projects.
• Ability to plan and conduct in-service and professional development activities.
• Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships across the Division.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and/or present information to groups.
• Proficiency in the use of technology and data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

• Master's degree.
