Duties
In coordination with the DoDEA Communication Division, designs and produces a variety of informational materials including but not limited to: booklets, brochures, pamphlets, cards, banners, and posters. Support of overall directorate staff actions, projects, and activities in order to insure integration of initiatives internally, across the directorate and externally across DoDEA directorates Leads the development, implementation, and use of planning tools. Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports developed from data gathered through research, meetings, and other collateral. Reviews and writes/rewrites directives, regulations, standard operating procedures, and other written communications. Leads the planning, coordination, and implementation of annual meetings related to the Comprehensive Planning System. Develops new or modified administrative program policies, regulations, goals, or objectives as related to the strategic planning process.
