Ransom Everglades School (RE) seeks an inspirational, innovative and visionary leader to serve as its next Head of School.

Situated within the vibrant city of Miami, in the Coconut Grove neighborhood, Ransom Everglades is a top-tier independent school with a public purpose, combining rigorous college preparation with a commitment to making a societal impact. Since 1903, Ransom Everglades has been known for developing well-rounded students who are service-oriented leaders and who embrace a dynamic and challenging educational curriculum. At its core, RE’s philosophy emphasizes teaching students to believe that they are in the world not so much for what they can get out of it as for what they can put into it. RE has approximately 1,100 students across two campuses in grades 6-12 and is widely considered one of the best schools in Florida and the nation. The Head will be a visible presence on campus, known to faculty, staff, students, and families, building upon the strong sense of shared commitment to the development of RE students.
