Description of Service Opportunity:
Stipend Position for CRLS Fall Musical. Reports to Director of Visual and Performing Arts.
Schedule: Regular or as needed production meetings with directors, design/production team
Manage the agenda
Documentation of meetings
Supports communication and follow-through
Production Calendar: Maintains production calendar throughout process until strike
Liason to Arts Committee
Create and maintain student/family communication (schedule, food, costume needs)
Box Office: Communicate & Coordinate with Box office manager
Help box office manager with student sales
Manage, communicate, and document student ushers
Public Relations
Distribute, collect and ship back scripts and music
Distribute & return personnel paperwork (W-9, contracts etc....)
Community Public Relations:
Create a press release
Coordinate distribution of posters, ads and invitations to show
Coordinate publicity to newspapers calendar, photographer, middle & elementary schools, city dignitaries, school committee
Coordinate t-shirt student order & collect money
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements/Job Qualifications:
Good communication skills
Highly organized
Problem solver
Independent worker and team player
Time Commitment:
5 hours a week, 8 weeks
Plus Production hours at 25
Total: 65 hours
Contract Dates:
September 5, 2022 through December 20, 2023
Contract Amount
Flat Rate $850.00
