Salary Range: $38,456 - $46,751 annual
Essential Functions and Objectives:
-Provides logistical support and coordinates activities related to the development of school college readiness programs that leads to increased advanced placement/concurrent enrollment performance, increased graduation rates, increased college-going rates, and decreased remediation rates. Assists with the implementation of a college readiness program site, focusing on increasing curriculum coherence, professional development, student and family support, college readiness rigor, and ongoing improvement cycle
-Coordinates activities and opportunities that support the implementation of a college readiness program
-Monitors college readiness programs and reports to key stakeholders, including problem diagnosis, analyzing data, facilitating action steps, supporting change, and reflecting on results
-Coordinates with school in developing ACT and SAT prep programs
-Collaborates in designing process to create professional development for the K-12 college readiness intensive strand
-Supports the improvements in 8-16 grade level articulation with District and local colleges
-Connects and organizes the work of school and District to Board of Education college readiness goals
-Coordinates efforts and capacity building training opportunities for Advanced Placement (AP), pre-AP, and Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathway
-Assists in monitoring and reporting on budgets devoted to college readiness program initiatives
-Communicates all aspects of college readiness program development and results through website, newsletter, calendar creation, etc.
-Assists in collaboration efforts between the school, District and other external organizations in implementing a set of research-based interventions aimed at dramatically increasing enrollment and success in advanced coursework
Knowledge, Experience, & Other Qualifications:
-Three (3) years' experience providing support to college readiness programs.
-Previous experience administering ACT and SAT prep programs.
-Advanced Placement instruction experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

* Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
* Required: Bachelor's degree
