Salary Range: $48,618 - $59,054

E ssential Functions and Objectives:

S upports individuals, teams and/or departments through facilitating and regulating a series of activities and work streams. Carries out specific tasks based on established procedures, to ensure a broader set of priorities and objectives are met. Primary focus on execution of assigned tasks in a specific area of responsibility, with a non-technical scope and a high degree of customer service.

R esponsible for assisting and coordinating the day-to-day logistics and operations for the CSCI team. Manages compliance reporting requirements for the Reading to Ensure Academic Development (READ) Act as related to curriculum and instruction. Ensures high quality customer service, coordination of materials and registration, and support for professional development and data management. Manages the operations for curriculum adoptions and the organization of digital curriculum and instruction resources.

- Supports planning processes by scheduling and coordinating professional development and training, managing attendance of participants and completion of courses in Learning Management Systems; coordinates the purchase, delivery, circulation and inventory of curriculum and supplies.

- Coordinates with the team and other departments to ensure proper communication and logistics are identified and executed for schools and across central office teams; ensures information is updated, posted and communicated as appropriate.

- Collaborates with team members, other District stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful implementation of CSCI initiatives; organizes operations across a variety of teams at the central office and school level.

- Coordinates the website and other internal and external communication needs for the CSCI team.

- Supports the development of project management plans for CSCI initiatives.

- Supports with pulling student assessment data and compiling for assessment cycle reviews.

K nowledge, Experience & Other Qualifications:

- Two (2) or more years of relevant work experience is required.

- Knowledge with Google Suite.

- Effective time management and organizational skills.

- Effective communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Effectively handle multiple demands and competing deadlines.

- The ability to take responsibility for one's own performance.

- Work collaboratively with others on a team.

- High degree of integrity in handling confidential information.

E ducation Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or relevant work experience.
