Saint Agnes School (Infant-Grade 8) and Arlington Catholic High School (9-12) make up the Catholic School of Saint Agnes Parish (www.achssas.org). We are committed to small class sizes, character and faith formation, and supporting the individual academic growth of each student.

We are seeking candidates for a full-time Nurse for the Early Learning Center, Lower and Middle School campus.

The school nurse provides professional health care and coordinates the resources of the school, home and community, as they pertain to the total health of the students, faculty and staff. The school nurse reports to the Principal.

The major responsibilities of the school nurse are as follows:
Maintains the confidentiality of health records of all enrolled students.
Administers medications/monitors medications of students and cares for ill or injured students (MDPH)
Serves as a resource for faculty and staff who may have questions about the health and well-being of a student
Maintains and secures the medications and medical supplies of the health suite
Provides first aid for medical emergencies
Maintains a daily nursing log of students
Promote and assist in the prevention/control of communicable diseases
Assist in assessing potential abuse and neglect issues, implement mandated reporting as needed
Communicates with medical providers, parents/guardians, school faculty and administrators regarding student health needs
Works closely with the Athletic Trainer concerning sports injuries and concussion protocols
Provide staffing of the Nurse's Office from 7:30-2:30
Assists in ensuring coverage of the Nurse's Office when out of the building
Collaborates with the high school nurse
