Duties:
Responsible for identifying and interviewing staff for AfterSchool programs. This includes after care and electives.
Review afterschool staff applicants with the Principal and determine appropriate compensation for candidates before extending an offer.
Set up rosters and update after school attendance daily
Tracking student attendance daily and communicating billing adjustments as needed.
Communicate regularly with faculty and staff regarding any scheduling changes for their students
Report to duty as active member and director of afterschool staff on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday from 1:00pm-5:00pm and on Wednesday from 11-5:00pm
Get afterschool locations/spaces ready for staff and students.
Assist with checking students in and to their designated club/after school locations
Fill in as needed to cover a club/after school
Develop schedule and elective offerings (quarterly)
Review elective offerings, schedules and staffing with the Principal before publishing information for parents.
Create sign up information to be sent to parents.
Ensure timesheets for afterschool are signed off on and are accurate by the payroll deadline
Collaborate with the Business Manager and Director of Finance and Operations regarding billing/charges for after school within two weeks of each session starting.
Serve as the main point of contact for parents and communication to parents regarding any changes in daily schedule or issues that arise.
Maintain after school equipment and supplies
Manage the budget, schedule, coaches and volunteers for the Athletic Program (cheerleading, golf, basketball and cross country)
Organize and facilitate the ordering of uniforms
Collect the uniforms at the end of each season
Coordinate with the PTO regarding parent volunteers to coach basketball and to help facilitate golf
Maintain open communication with the PTO and parent volunteers
Organize with various stakeholders the annual Basketball jamboree
Schedule games and secure referees for the day
Coordinate and secure volunteers to staff concessions

Staffing
Ensures all school policies and procedures are reviewed with after school staff and coordinates with the school admin/health office for necessary items to be completed. This includes but is not limited to:
CORI completed
VIRTUS training
EPI pen training
CPR/First Aid Training
As Director of AfterSchool and Athletics you will serve as coverage for absent staff in after school/electives as needed without additional compensation.

    Job Requirements

    • Uphold the Catholic faith, teachings, and traditions.
      Minimum of 3 years of school based experience
      Successful administrative experience in an academic setting
    • At least 2 yearsof relevant experience preferred
    • Bachelor degree preferred
    • Citizenship, residency or work visa required
