- Strong knowledge of SAP, ERP, MAXIMO and other spend analytics, WMS systems, sourcing tools, Power BI
- Ability to analyze spending and develop optimization strategies, KPI's
- Strong data analytical skills, creative problem solver with a high degree of initiative
- Lean six sigma experience
- Proven Change Management, business transformation experience and diverse leadership
