Job Summary:

This role is remote/virtual.

**This role is sales-oriented and managed by performance.

***Pay is hourly. $21-23based on experience.

****School admissions/education setting experience a must!

****Customer service experience a must!

*****Weekend & evening hours are mandatory. In particular, we need Central Standard and Pacific Standard evening hours, especially 11-7 or 12-8. ACs will be asked for 2-4 hours,2-4 Saturday or Sundays/month. Note: one may live in EST and offer CST and PST hours in their schedule.

Seeking bi-lingual candidates, Spanish preferred.

Classes at FGA are one-to-one: one student and one teacher per virtual classroom. About the Admissions Consultant role:

You may be a proven rockstar in sales or you may be looking to transition your seasoned experience in education and/or customer service skillset into a different role. No matter where you are in your career, you appreciate the fact that one size doesnt fit all students in education. You could be Fusion Global Academys next Admissions Consultant (AC)!
  • The Admissions Consultants (AC) role is to provide every family who inquires about FGA a celebrity experience as they guide them through the admissions process from initial inquiry to registered family.
  • An AC will effectively communicate and promote the Fusion Global Academy brand with students, parents, and professionals and partner with school teams to create and maintain a culture of deeply satisfied stakeholders.
  • ACs mission will be to exceed student enrollment and revenue goals (Academy, Tutoring/Mentoring, and Classes for Credit) by effectively managing and driving inquiries through the enrollment process. The AC reports to the Fusion Global Academy Manager at the National Communication Center, called CONNECT. ACs communicate with great clarity and empathy. They bond with students, families, and staff. They know their audience and tend to impress. They hit targets and touch hearts.


At Fusion Global Academy your days will always vary, but heres what they may bring:

Guide inquiring families from the initial Lead through Admissions Meeting:
  • Respond to all new inquiries within 1 business hour.
  • Answer incoming calls and manage inquiries appropriately.
  • Provide the front-end celebrity experience; responsible for answering questions online and over the phone, informing families of our differentiating factors, and encouraging them to make an appointment for an admissions meeting, scheduled with an Assistant Director of Admissions or Head of School.
  • Oversee campus admissions funnels and ensure successful inquiry to register process.
  • Schedule and confirm all admissions meetings through appropriate cadence steps to include email, phone and/or texting with clear communication and instructions including time, date, location, and requested materials (i.e. transcripts, immunizations, etc.).
  • Maintain completed intakes at + 25% increase over prior year.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of admissions activities in Salesforce:
  • Input all admissions activities in Salesforce in real-time.
  • Capture referral information 100% of time.
  • Ensure lead is assigned a recommended cadence for coinciding customer journey.
  • Provide detailed notes about all inquiries including educational history, academic/social/emotional needs, confirm tuition has been discussed and other pertinent data to support intake process.
  • Ensure every inquiry has a follow up task, especially if removed from automated cadence, from lead to intake at which time a campus will own.


Develop and elevate brand awareness:
  • Effectively communicate and promote the Fusion brand with prospecting families.
  • Practice triangle training to perfect your messaging with stakeholders.
  • Nurture prospective family relationships through an individualized approach, authentic connection, and other forms of celebrity experience.


Execute on marketing strategy to drive enrollment:
  • Provide enrollment data and forecasting to school teams and Director of Admissions or Manager upon request.
  • Work with Head of School and Director of Admissions to provide feedback and drive creative solutions to increase enrollment and exceed targets.
  • Contact list of disqualified students at key points of the year (i.e. semester transitions, summer, etc.).
  • Contact lists of prior students for additional services (i.e. summer school).
  • Analyze campus data, including disqualified students, previous summer students and other opportunities to contact prospective families to drive campus enrollment.


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree (required).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a school admissions/education setting, required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, required.
  • Prior experience in SalesForce desired.
  • Solid understanding and experience in working with students with learning differences preferred.
  • Tech savvy a must, experience with messaging apps and chat bots a plus.
  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management System (preferably Salesforce) preferred.
  • Experience working in a call center environment a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast, paced technologically advanced environment.
  • Driven by metrics, hitting enrollment goals and exceeding them! Results-oriented mindset.
  • Enthusiasm and flexibility.
  • Comfort with working remotely in an established home office environment and using a headset all day long.
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
