Saint Pius V. School is a vibrant Catholic k-8 School located in the city of Lynn. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, faith-filled person to join our team as our Student Support Coordinator. The candidate should have a calling and desire to help students in need of social, emotional and physical support. The candidate will be a team member of school-based teams focused on whole school improvement. The position is a partnership, collaboration between City Connects and Boston Catholic Schools and is part of a Grant through BC/Catholic Schools Foundation and City Connects Model.

Job Requirements
- Experience in or the desire to:
Coordinate student support teams
Develop plans for individual students in regard to social, emotional and physical needs.
Interact with classroom teachers regarding student needs across the domains
School community outreach, matching students and families with outside resources
Work with outside agencies and resource partners
Participate in ongoing professional development in conjunction with City Connects
Perform daily duties in the running of an elementary school - Bachelor degree preferred
