THE POSITION

The goal of this position is to teach high school students Algebra I, Algebra II and Geometry.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

New Jersey Teacher of Math Certification required.

Meets NJ standards for HQT.

Academic intervention experience a plus.

Knowledge of NCTM and NJ Core Content Standards.

Experience teaching High School Math.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.

To provide instructional leadership in the classroom in accordance with the course of study approved by the Board of Education approved curriculum.
