Qualifications:
Required

• NJ Principal Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility required
• Previous experience as an administrator
• Evidenced-based leadership in the areas of supervision/evaluation, special education, professional development, and technology
• Innovative curriculum leader who links academic demands, student achievement and data analysis to improve teaching and learning
• Commitment to fostering positive school climate and exemplary community relations

Preferred

• Previous experience as a middle school teacher
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Successful experience working with diverse populations
