* BCLAD

* Letter of Introduction

* Three Letters of Reference (Must be within last two years including one from a supervisor)

PVUSD offers the following incentives:

Masters and Doctorate degree stipends of $1,854

Outstanding benefits for full-time Certificated staff:

Employees Only: $0

Employee +1: $56 per month

Employee + 2 or more: $90 per month

Bilingual Stipend

The District will provide a stipend of 3.66% of step 1 Column 1 to a classroom teacher if the

following conditions are met:

a. The teacher has a Bilingual Authorization or Bilingual, Cross-Cultural, Language and Academic Development Certificate (BCLAD)

b. The teacher is teaching in a District designated bilingual program as designated by our PVUSD English Learner Master Plan or is serving as a MEST teacher in the Migrant

Education program, in the year the stipend is paid.
