Amplify's PD team is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to provide logistic, communication, and project management support in PD Operations. The PM will support strategic projects, coordinating across teams to execute on Amplify's short and long-term cross product PD processes that support high-quality, efficient service delivery. Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are crucial as the role will act as the daily liaison for projects that impact multiple departments across the business as well as vendors and our customers.

We are searching for a motivated, highly collaborative individual who is excited about the contributions we are making to the world of education. The PM will report to the Associate Vice President, Training & Development.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
  • Manage timelines, team allocation, and external resources across key projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead all aspects of project communication and timeline from initiation and planning through execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate alignment of resources for all current and upcoming project requests.
  • Review project requests to identify needs, define success, and equip team members with clear direction and guidance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Facilitate regular stand up meetings with key partners to measure project progress against goals, objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate day-to-day project operations, audit assignment status, establish expectations, provide status updates, and field feedback.
  • Coordinate meetings with key partners related to project execution and provide updates to leadership.
  • Coordinate digital assets related to the project as required.
  • Support vendor relationships.
Basic Qualifications of the Project Manager:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' experience in project management, product management, or a similar field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience effectively managing and prioritizing multiple projects to meet deadlines
  • Proven experience using Google Apps and other common professional software
Preferred Qualifications of the Project Manager:
  • Strong experience in education and/or education technology
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate between multiple stakeholders at varying levels of an organization
  • Outstanding writing skills, including attention to details of grammar, punctuation, phrasing, and structure
  • Experience synthesizing large amounts of disparate information into concise, actionable, and impactful reports or other communications medium
  • Decision-making and critical thinking ability
  • Relationship-building skills collaborate with, and disseminate information across multiple organizational teams and functions
