Located in Kalamazoo, MI, Paramount Charter Academy opened our doors in 1998 and serves students Young 5-8. We create endless opportunities for our students to become their best. Students enrolled at Paramount for three or more years have outperformed their peers on the state test. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop individualized behavior and academic plans for identified students.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and reading specialists to create and execute intervention plans.
• Implement the responsible thinking process to encourage students to proactively make college-bound choices - daily encouragers, community builders, and progress monitors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma required with 2 years of experience working with children with behavior or an Associate Degree.
• Leadership and school culture development skills.
• Experience managing student behavior and assisting educators with behavior management, preferred.
