Lake Forest Community High School District 115 is seeking a full-time Study Hall Supervisor.
Description: The Student Supervisor will manage student attendance in study halls as well as coordinate with the resource centers to monitor student attendance.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, push, pull, and lift. Repetitive motions are required. The employee must lift and/or move up to 10 pounds of force frequently. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly subject to inside and outside environmental conditions and is subject to noises associated with both office and educational environments.
Compensation Rate: $17.00/hour or more depending on experience

Lake Forest Community High School District 115 is seeking a full-time Study Hall Supervisor.
Description: The Student Supervisor will manage student attendance in study halls as well as coordinate with the resource centers to monitor student attendance.
Essential Functions:
- Supervises students in study hall
- Take appropriate attendance for the students in study hall.
- Provide support for study hall students that have missing assignments.
- Follow up with students if they sign out of study hall to go to another resource center.
- Supervises common areas and cafeteria as assigned by the Dean's Office
- Delivers passes and/or notes to students' classes as assigned by the Dean's Office
- Goes to classes to get students if requested by the Dean's Office
- Works with the Deans to issue, track, and follow up on detentions and Saturday detentions.
- Completes other duties as assigned by the deans.
- Adheres to Board of Education policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Education, Experience, and Licensure:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite, Google Apps for Education and school-based processing and management systems
Competencies:
- Ability to communicate clearly - written and verbal
- Ability to initiate and complete assignments without an inordinate amount of supervision or direction
- Interest in working with and supporting students both academically and social/emotionally
- Interest in developing and maintaining appropriate working relationships with students and staff
