Description: General worker performs duties as assigned by the Cafeteria Manager that relates to all aspects of Child Nutrition in a school setting.
Job Summary: A general worker performs assigned tasks in designated areas of operations related to the Child Nutrition Department. The general worker is responsible for preparing safe, nutritious school meals while contributing towards a pleasant dining experience.
Qualifications:
1. Has good interpersonal communication skills
2. Posses a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
3. Provide a successful criminal background check along with all health requirements
4. Able to understand and follow verbal and written directions
5. Able to lift 35lbs on a recurring basis.
Working Conditions: Fast paced work environment. Temperatures may vary depending on your assigned job task.
