School History

The Collegiate Charter School of Lowell is a tuition-free public charter school that provides an academically challenging program in a safe and structured environment.  The school opened its doors in 2013, originally serving students enrolled in Kindergarten through Grade 3. Today, the school serves students in Kindergarten through Grade 11 for the 2021-2022 academic year. Thereafter, an additional grade level will be added each year until the school has a full K-12 program.
