Job Description

This School Psychologist job is full-time, and you will be working 40 hours per week. The qualified applicant should have at least 4 years of recent work experience and be familiar with Virginia schools' policies, procedures, and practices of a School Psychologist.

The caseload is middle school aged students with mild to moderate disabilities and under 25 students. Traditional school psychology duties apply such as conducting assessments, writing evaluations, counselling, problem solving, provide intervention and technology savvy. You will be provided with a school laptop, any and all school materials needed and your own office/space to work.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in school psychology approved by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), including an advanced practicum of 1,200 hours, 600 of which must be in a school setting.
• Licensing as a School Psychologist by the Virginia Department of Education.
• Minimum of 4 years of current experience
• Background and Drug screening are required
