As a member of the administration team, the Early Education Director will work with the Principal and assist with direct management of day to day operations of the Pre-K program. The candidate must actively work to build a professional and operational environment that embodies the values of the Catholic faith. The EEC Director would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the current Pre-K program as well as thinking strategically about supporting the programs expansion. Working with the Pre-K teachers, they would assist with being responsive to students behavioral or emotional issues and also provide support for how to manage students towards developmentally appropriate growth with behavior in these areas. Additional responsibilities include assisting with maintaining current family and community partnerships, facilitating tours and open houses and sharing information about the Pre-K program. Additionally, the Director would be responsible for maintaining all legal/paperwork requirements for EEC funding and licensure requirements. The candidate must hold a vaild EEC license.
