CLASS CONCEPT:
Summary: Coordinates all aspects for the registration of summer school.
Assign classes to students and monitors student progress under the direction of the
teacher. Keeps accurate records of classes and creates accurate transcripts. The
selected individual must be available to students each day and by telephone.

- Understands the requirements of the APEX program and courses.
- Assigns appropriate classes to students based upon student needs and interest.
- Monitors student progress on a weekly basis and communicates with the parent/guardian.
- Attends on a daily basis.
- Keeps accurate records.
- Is available to students by phone.
- Assists the on line teacher.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Deep understanding of the Apex program.
- Working knowledge computers, associated technology and ability to troubleshoot problems.
- Regular and daily attendance.
- Finalize accurate student transcripts
- Navigate skillfully through the district student management system each day.
