The Collaborative's brand new 21st CCLC After School Program at Northfield Elementary in Northfield, MA, is seeking a Site Coordinator to run the daily operations for a new summer and after school program. Employment would begin July 1st, 2022, and the project will commence in September 2022.

  • Has experience supervising others
  • Has experience as an educator
  • You are ready to think outside of the box to create dynamic before and after school programming.
  • Is available to start as soon as possible.

Highlights of what you will do:
  • This Fall: Will work with a staff of 6-10 people to engage up to 40-45 students an afternoon Mondays through Fridays from approximately 3-5:30pm at the Elementary School.
  • Summer: Will supervise a staff of 6-10 people to engage 30 students a day in the summer program.
  • Potentially offer a before school component to a small group of students during the school year.
  • Design homework supports specific academic content areas like ELA, math, etc.
  • Schedule exciting enrichment activities for students.
  • Immerse yourself in the Northfield Elementary School community.
