This position provides assessment management support to the Office of Assessment Services during peak work periods.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Distribute and/or process assessment materials; test booklets, answer documents, score reports, and ancillary materials per vendor specifications
- Inventory assessment materials and/or ancillary materials
- Shred/destroy assessment materials as directed by the state's retention schedule
- Complete data entry and/or review data entry for accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Basic navigation of student information systems
- Ability to read and implement vendor specifications for document distribution and packaging
- Prior experience managing secure materials and/or confidential student information preferred
- Ability to work independently
