The Person:

We are currently looking for a Manager Operations (Project Management team) who can be a part of our Operations team with proven experience and knowledge in US back office Operations. This person should be comfortable with working in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment and show great initiative and ownership for taking on new roles and responsibilities

The Job:

• Should be able to develop and implement methods for Project Planning and execution
• Should be able to monitor the process performance on a day to day basis and define corrective & preventive actions & identify improvement opportunities.
• Should have strong process knowledge.
• Should be able to oversee the successful implementation of Projects assigned.
• Should be able to prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required.
• Should be able to understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner.
• Should be able to Identify and appropriately escalate risks and issues
• Should able able to facilitate stakeholder meetings inclusive of agendas, tracking documents and notes
• Should be able draft and develop organization wide communications detailing upcoming releases and features
• Should be able to delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end

What you will need:

• Will be working in night shift
• 8-10 years of experience
• Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and initiatives
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects
• Driven team player that is motivated to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes across activates
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment
• Thrives on problem solving and working with multiple user groups across company and countries
