Health and Dental Plans: The District offers 3 Health/Dental Plans with various deductible and co-pays. Employee premium cost is approximately $13.50 to $312.50 per month, depending on the coverage chosen.

Life Insurance: The District provides 2 life insurance policies at no cost to the employee. One policy is a $20,000 Term Life, and the other provides a benefit equal to double the employee's base salary.

Wyoming State Retirement: The District pays 15.815% and the employee pays 2.805%
Paid Time Off: All employees receive 5 Personal Days and a minimum of 6 Sick Days per year.

12 Month non-exempt employees earn vacation leave according to years of service.

Qualification for District paid benefits:

20-24.5 hours equals 50% benefits
25 or more equals 100% benefits
