    Student Registration, Recruitment and Retention Manager
    Purpose
    The job of Student Registration, Recruitment and Retention Manager is done for the purpose/s of providing support of the District's student enrollment, recruitment and retention goals with specific responsibilities of developing and maintaining relationships with families and identified partners within the District and community. Strategizes on opportunities to enhance student recruitment and enrollment efforts across the District and implements identified strategies. Performs a variety of technical and specialized functions unique to centralized enrollment including maintenance of student registration, enrollment and placement with the District as well as ensuring compliance with state reporting and documenting requirements; conveying attendance related information to appropriate parties; and providing general clerical support, information and/or direction as may be assigned by the district.
    This job reports to Assigned Administrator
    Essential Functions
    Represents the District to targeted partners and the community for the purpose of recruiting and registering students.

    Provides a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors for the purpose of enhancing staff, student, parent, and community experience with the District.

    Develops and coordinates marketing strategies for the purpose of communicating district and site based educational programs to support recruitment efforts through multiple platforms (e.g. social media, District website, flyers, and pamphlets etc.)

    Coordinates district recruitment and enrolment management goals for the purpose of gaining specific district knowledge to assist with recruitment and enrollment efforts.

    Communicates district knowledge with potential students and their families for the purpose of promoting district offerings (e.g. educational program, activities, support, etc.)

    Attends department and/or in-service meetings for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions.
    Collaborates with district attendance clerks, office managers, and special programs for the purpose of maintaining appropriate systems to enroll and register students.
    Communicates district knowledge with potential students and their families for the purpose of promoting district offerings (e.g. educational programs, activities, supports etc.).
    Coordinates with student registration with sites during peak registration and enrollment times for the purpose of organizing assignments, monitoring progress, and ensuring completion within established guidelines.
    Coordinates district recruitment and enrollment management goals for the purpose of gaining specific district knowledge to assist with recruitment and enrollment efforts.
    Develops and coordinates marketing strategies for the purpose of communicating district and site based educational programs to support recruitment efforts through multiple platforms (e.g., social media, District website, flyers, and pamphlets etc.).
    Maintains a variety of manual and electronic documents, files, and records (e.g. student enrollment files, notification logs, social media, ensuring confidentiality of student and staff records, etc.) for the purpose of
    providing up-to-date information and/or historical reference in accordance with established administrative guidelines and legal requirements.
    Oversees the work activities within the office (e.g. maintains professional office work environment, etc.) for the purpose of organizing assignments, monitoring progress, and ensuring completion within established guidelines.
    Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.

    Prepares and conducts student/parent exit survey data for the purpose of obtaining information from district families and students as to why they are exiting the District.
    Prepares communication with former students and families for the purpose of recapturing students to maximize student enrollment.

    Prepares communication with former students and families for the purpose of recapturing students back to the district to maximize student enrollment.
    Prepares and processes enrollment and registration reports and written materials for the purpose of conveying information regarding school and/or district activities and procedures.
    Processes records requests for student entry to a campus for the purpose of ensuring prompt registration.

    Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
    SKILLS are required to Specific skill based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: Are required to perform multiple tasks with a potential need to upgrade skills in order to meet changing job conditions. Specific skills-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: operating standard office equipment including pertinent software applications; using optimal customer service skills; and preparing and maintain accurate records.

    perform the functions of the job include: codes, regulations and laws related to student attendance; business telephone etiquette; and knowledge of Synergy Student Management System.

    Work Environment
    The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 50% sitting, 30% walking, and 20% standing. This
    job is performed in a generally clean and healthy environment.
    Experience: Job related experience is desired.
    Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
