The State College Area School District's Department of Federal Programs is currently accepting applications for a Summer CHAMPS World Languages & Cultures Enrichment Teacher.

The district seeks dynamic, energetic educators who will:

• Develop enrichment programming and support for intermediate elementary students.
• Understand the importance of multilingualism.
• Connect community resources and supports related to world languages.
• Support educational technology initiatives.

Organizational and collaborative skills are critical to success in this position. The District is searching for candidates who demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and development and also possess a variety of professional experiences.

Summer CHAMPS World Languages & Cultures Teacher(s)

• Expected Dates: July 6, 2022 - July 28, 2022, plus pre-planning and training.
• Compensation - $35 per hour (or current SCASD hourly rate).
• Certification: K-6 Elementary, World Language K-12, English 7-12, or other various applicable certificates.
