Summary: The Implementation administrator is an administrative position supporting the logistical implementation of school district plans. This role develops relationships with a portfolio of school districts from around the country, supports the creation, and shares in implementation responsibilities for district literacy plans with other team members. Implementation Administrators participate in discussions with districts to encourage consideration and exploration of professional learning and certification as part of a plan. Facilitate the district's interaction with other members of the Wilson Implementation Team.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Develop a deeper understanding of Wilson Language Training (WLT) programs and how they are to be implemented within schools/districts while maintaining the fidelity of the program.
  • Explore and become familiar with Education databases and their functionality, i.e., the Plan Management Module (PMM) in our customer relations management system, SharePoint (OWL), Wilson Academy (WA), and the Wilson Professional Community (WPC).
  • Monitor, triage, and respond to viable incoming client leads and requests for professional learning services.
  • Develop relationships and provide support to internal and external members of the WLT Implementation Team.
  • Assist in the preparation, development and delivery of literacy plans, proposals, quotes and associated orders including professional learning services and materials for new and existing clients.
  • Support delivery of professional learning services to districts as well as to Literacy Specialists and Literacy Advisors.
  • Develop/maintain an ongoing relationship with In-District Trainers and District Administrators by supporting the necessary paperwork requirements, contracts, and purchase orders, as well as acting as a point-of contact for In-District Trainers within a specified region.
  • Work with school districts to obtain any outstanding contracts and/or financial documentation pertinent to their specific professional learning plan.
  • Collaborate with WLT finance department on all client contractual documents to assure completeness.
  • Use current database systems to track updates to customer inquiries, quotes, and proposals as directed by Implementation Team Manager and/or Leadership.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external departments throughout proposal development and literacy plan implementation.
  • Initiate contact with external teams regularly during the school year.
  • Understand and display WLT's values.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Sit at a computer station continuously for long periods of time.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to evolving technology.
  • Think objectively and analytically about priorities and work-related problems.
  • Utilize basic math computations such as adding, subtracting and calculating percentages.

Experience:
  • At least 3 years in a professional office environment.

Skills:
  • Ability to learn Wilson's business systems.
  • Utilization of Microsoft Suite applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Great Plains, Customer Relations Management (CRM), Zoom, and Learning Management System (LMS) experience a plus.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone, in writing, and in person.
  • Adaptability to change.
  • Ability to work well as a team player.
  • Self-starter.
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and productively in both an office and a non-office environment.

Education:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
