The Cambridge Matignon School is an independent, co-educational Catholic college preparatory school serving young men and women from the Greater Boston area, and countries from all over the world. The Opportunity
The Cambridge Matignon School is seeking a full-time Director of Communications.

Responsibilities
Reports directly to the Assistant Head of School for External Affairs.
Supports and promotes the mission, vision, and values of the Cambridge Matignon School.
Design, create, and manage Cambridge Matignon School's print and electronic communications.
Design, create, and manage Cambridge Matignon School's traditional, social, and digital media.
Manage relationships with local press and news outlets.
Stay up to date with what's happening on campus and create media content, video, electronic, and print.
Oversee weekly electronic informational communication to the wider school community.
Serve as a creative editor for all internal and external marketing materials.
Work closely with the External Affairs team - Enrollment, Advancement, Finance, Operations, on all related marketing campaigns.
Ensure proper use and application of the school's branding for all printed, digital, and verbal communications.
Stay current on programs and marketing strategies developed by peer schools.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices.
Manage and oversee any photography and video vendors/partners we contract with and maintain that relationship.
Attend and capture video/photos of all campus events when possible. Basic photography skills.
Maintain and convey the mission/vision of the school in all communications.
Regularly examine and analyze website traffic.
Able to examine and analyze Google and Facebook analytics.
Regularly update the website and ensure it is always up to date and accurate.

Your Background and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess many, if not all, of the following characteristics:
Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years marketing and communications experience.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Experience in the design and maintenance of web-based communications.
Able to work collaboratively.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms, such as Constant Contact.
Proficiency in all social media platforms and content management systems.
Experience with graphic design platforms, such as Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Figma, preferred.
Familiarity with Google applications.
Basic coding skills (HTML/CSS).
Experience working with iMovie or other movie editors.
Experience working with high school age students is a plus.
