ANNOUNCING a $1000 SIGN ON BONUS for AIDES starting between 3/1/2022 and 6/16/2022!
We have immediate openings for Classroom Aides and 1:1 Aides to finish out the current school year! You'll work along side a special education teacher helping students with special needs maintain academic skills, track and support their behavioral goals, and have a little fun, too. Current vacancies are in our Elementary School working with students ages 5 to 12.
POSITION DETAILS AT A GLANCE:
Work Schedule:
School Year (191 days)
Work Hours:
7:45AM to 3:30PM, Monday to Friday
Last Day of School:
June 16, 2022
Salary:
$24,000 to $30,000 per School Year (depending on years of experience)
Additional pay can be earned working any of our summer programs
Benefits: ♦ Paid health and dental insurance (single coverage)
♦ Paid sick days & personal days
♦ 9% employer contribution to our Retirement Plan
♦ College tuition reimbursement
♦ Professional development including annual safety care training
Requirements:
♦ Two years of college (48 credits) or high school graduate with two years' experience working with children with emotional, social,
and behavioral needs
♦ Paraeducator and/or RBT certification is a plus!
♦ Ability to effectively communicate and interact with staff members and children with special needs
♦ Ability to successfully complete behavior management training and provide crisis intervention as needed
♦ 3 background clearances dated within the past 12 months
