This position will be a 200 day arrangement with some flexibility over the summer months. Pay will be $45,364. This position is being funded by ESSER funding.

Qualifications:

Experience in education system/classroom/teaching preferred

Able to gather and synthesize Educational data from multiple sources

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely

Experience with statistics and creating spreadsheet/database formulas

Knowledge of Federal Grant programs

Communicates clearly and effectively

Job Goal: Works with the Assistant Superintendent in carrying out the district's mission, vision, and goals through data collection and analysis, active coordination and
management of instructional software applications and providing support for Federal Grant programs.


Performance Descriptors/Responsibilities:
  • Federal Grant coordination and implementation in conjunction with the Assistant Superintendent
    • Assure compliance and coordinate ELL and Homeless programs
    • Assure compliance and coordinate the activities of Indian Education Grants and Johnson-O'Malley program
    • Assist and support Indian Education Support Specialists with program implementation and data tracking
  • Organize and Conduct required stakeholder meetings including
    • Annual meeting with stakeholders to review the District Parent Engagement Policy
    • Annual Consolidated grant meeting
  • In coordination with building Title I Specialists, provide outreach, training, and support to parents.
  • Monitor Compliance for Federal Programs
    • Manage collection of audit information in Title I Crate as well as other miscellaneous requests for information from state and federal authorities
    • Assist building Title I Specialists with the review, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Title I Schoolwide Plan
    • Ensure all District annual notices are sent and communicate annual notice responsibilities to the buildings
  • Assist with compilation of survey data, end of year reports, and grant planning.
  • Assist with planning and facilitation of District Title I meetings
  • Works with the Assistant Superintendent to collect, analyze, and present District data tied to the district's Strategic Plan goals. Including but not limited to:
    • District Assessments,
    • FastBridge,
    • WY-TOPP,
    • Attendance,
    • Discipline,
    • Student Engagement, and
    • Other data points.
  • Manages primary resource instructional software applications
    • Maintain a list of current purchased and free technology/software based instructional resources actively used in the district.
    • Ensures rostering of students in a timely manner with the support of the technology department and SIS coordinator including (but not limited to):
      • Clever
      • Fastbridge
      • Primary Content Resources
      • District supported Intervention Resources
    • Provide feedback regarding implementation/use of educational software applications
  • Apply the concept of "excellent customer service" in all interactions.
  • Work in a proactive manner to communicate, and support all stakeholders.
  • Other tasks and duties pertaining to district initiatives as assigned

Terms of Employment: Designated by Contract. Extra Duty pay may be warranted if there are scheduled day differences between the general District calendar and the duties of this position.

Evaluation: The Assistant Superintendent in conjunction with the building principal will evaluate this position.
