Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, Children's Behavioral Health Services provides programs and services for children/adolescents with various behavioral diagnoses. Located in Glenmoore, Pa, this position is responsible for directing the school program to ensure the provision of appropriate student services in a safe and healthy environment.

In this role, you will:Engage the school in a process of continual development to provide best-practice services to students with disabilities in compliance with all regulations from the PA Department of Education (PDE).Administer and coordinate school operations to provide safe and effective programs and services for students under their care. Manage schools' fiscal budget and participate in admissions process. Provide supervision and guidance to employees by communicating and ensuring compliance with state educational requirements and organizational and center standards of care. Communicate and ensures compliance with organizational and center policies and procedures. Ensure cooperation with others on the treatment team and/or other support services (i.e. Utilization Review, Admissions, and Business Office).

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) COVID-19 vaccine mandate requires staff without an approved medical or religious exemption to be fully vaccinated to be employed in this program. If you are fully vaccinated, you will need to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or have an approved medical or religious exemption prior to starting.

Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate's understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Master's degree in Education, Special Education, or Administration Required

Pennsylvania Department of Education principal certificate or Supervisor of Special Education certificate required.

PDE Instructional or Education Specialist degree required.

EXPERIENCE: Five years' experience in an educational setting with individuals with behavior and emotional disorders. Experience supervising

others in an educational setting. Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to a flexible work schedule.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to lead large group meetings and interface with the public.

Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications, experience with data collection/analyzing platforms (Radar, Pro-

Filer, and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position). Excellent oral and written communication

skills. Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines.

Valid driver's license must be maintained.
