Qualifications:

1. New Jersey Teaching Certification
2. Experience working with elementary students
3. Ability to integrate the New Jersey Student Learning Standards
4. Ability to motivate and work in teams to achieve academic expectations
5. Work collaboratively with school leaders, and school staff to collect, analyze and use data to continuously modify the instructional program
6. Demonstrate a keen understanding of results-driven education to ensure that all students meet and exceed local and state expectations
7. Provide a nurturing, supportive and positive classroom climate that encourages student's responsibility, using positive motivation, clear classroom routines and effective classroom management.
8. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community
