Job Summary: The Implementation Team Manager is responsible for the performance of a regional Implementation Team comprised of Implementation Administrators, Implementation Coordinators, Literacy Specialists, and On-Call Trainers, and providing support to individual team members and direction for their daily work. Primary responsibilities include day-to-day direction of the team, coordination of efforts and balancing of assignments, communication between assigned clients and the team and among team members, and adherence to the plan delivery schedule and COMPASS guidelines. Minimal travel may be required.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Provide daily oversight and direction to regional Implementation Team
  • Supervise assigned Literacy Specialists and On-Call trainers to ensure training objectives are met, including performance evaluation, training, work distribution, and problem resolution in conjunction with the Fidelity Team and mentors
  • Work with the Fidelity team to maintain excellence in Wilson Language implementations by monitoring quality and recommending service improvements
  • Conduct annual reviews of all plans implemented and provide an assessment of team performance
  • Develop, implement, and updat e procedures and policies
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the plan development process and ensure the development and delivery of accurate, professional, timely, and responsive literacy plans
  • Collaborate on the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of Implementation Coordinators, Implementation Administrators, Literacy Specialists, and On-Call Trainers
  • Communicate with the Senior Director of Education Operations to keep him/her informed of problems and trends as they occur
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Education Operations and other managers to oversee and track work processes and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Integrate new plan elements as directed
  • Mentor and assists new team members
  • Collaborate with Team members to develop a model and process for year-end reports to districts
  • Attend meetings as necessary to coordinate the work of the department
  • Understand and display WLT's values
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Skills
  • Good decision-making
  • Ability to lead and manage people both internal and remote
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with systems: CRM, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to prioritize, track and manage workload efficiently
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings effectively
  • Ability to triage client and employee concerns
  • Ability to sit at a computer for long periods
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and create a happy, healthy work environment

Education or Certification:
  • BA/BS in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in the field of education a plus

Experience:
  • Knowledge of Wilson Mission and programs
  • Knowledge of RTI/MTSS and its application to Wilson programs
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in client relations or customer service
