    Qualifications:
    1. Two to three years of related experience and/or training.
    2. Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions (written, oral or diagram), correspondence and memos.
    3. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
    4. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
    5. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate to advanced experience with programs such as the Internet, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Human Resource and Financial Management and Student Information Systems.
    6. Satisfactory work record & criminal/child abuse clearances (Acts 34, 114, and 151).

    Summary
    Supports the designated administrator by performing responsibilities that include, but are not limited to answering and screening phone calls; coordinating staff schedules and appointments; filing and maintaining correspondence; assisting with the management of budget, grant and/or programs and coordinating varied aspects of the office through the duties listed below. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by supervisor.
    2. Assists in maintaining accurate records in compliance with local, state and/or federal requirements.
    3. Organizes and maintains file systems, files correspondence and other records.
    4. Tracks and maintains budgets.
    5. Generates invoices and purchase requisitions as needed.
    6. Retrieves/enters information and generates reports from the Human Resource, Financial Management and/or Student Information Systems.
    7. Composes and types routine correspondence.
    8. Communicates with a variety of partners such as parents, vendors/contractors, foundation staff and external partners as required.
    9. Answers and screens supervisor's telephone calls and arranges conference calls.
    10. Coordinates supervisor's schedule and makes appointments.
    11. Greets scheduled visitors and conducts them to appropriate areas or persons.
    12. Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations.
    13. Performs secretarial duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
    14. Conducts research and compiles and types statistical reports as required.
    15. Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities and records or transcribes minutes of meetings.
    16. Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including email, faxes and monthly bulk mailings as required.
    17. Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance.
    18. Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as may be assigned or delegated by the supervisor.
