Job Description

We are currently seeking kind, dynamic professionals, to join our team for summer camp as we deliver high quality, afterschool enrichments, activities and support to all our students at all our schools.

Substitutes are passionate people with the desire to ensure every child in our program is well cared for. They just don't have a desire to work all days and all weeks of summer camp. These folks can be ask to go to any of our sites and to fulfill a variety of roles that help ensure camp remains, a fun and enriching experience, even when our regular staff may not be available.

This is also an opportunity to gain valuable experience around what it is like to work in our wonderful world of afterschool and summer learning. It may be the job you have always been looking for!

College students who are offered and accept summer camp employment will also be offered school year days/hours if desired, prior to the start of camp, to provide a more comprehensive summer employment schedule.

All applicants must meet VAE and local qualifications and pass fingerprint and background checks. Tapestry staff must also meet CDD Licensing requirements and pass the mandatory background check.
