Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in education or a related field with coursework in principles, concepts, and methodologies relevant to program evaluation and assessment in an educational environment, plus five years of progressively more responsible experience in educational program evaluation, some of which shall have been in a leadership capacity. Master's or doctorate degree preferred. Knowledge of program evaluation, methodology, advanced statistical techniques, qualitative, and quantitative research methods; knowledge of public education mission, organization, instructional goals, and curriculum practices; ability to use computer technology as a tool for research and data analysis; ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, including communication of technical information; and ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with other school personnel and other administrators.
