The Hickman Mills C-1 School District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of elementary classroom teacher (Grades K-5) for the 2022-2023 school year. The district has seven elementary sites throughout the district. Individuals who hold a B-3 or 1-6 certification, or will qualify to hold a certification prior to August 1, 2022 should apply as the district hires for anticipated vacancies for next school year.
The Hickman Mills C-1 School District prides itself on serving a proudly diverse and historic community on the south side of Kansas City, Mo. The district provides all the benefits and resources found in larger urban/suburban settings, but with a smal community feel within the staff and Hickman Mills Community.
All verified years of experience, per Board Policy, are accepted in placement on the teachers' salary schedule beginning the 2022-2023 school year..
